Dr. Stephen Wagoner provides a range of women's health services, including obstetrics, gynecology, and inpatient and outpatient care.
With his military background, he has traveled and worked around the country and the world, including a four-year term as the Assistant Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the 98th General Hospital in Nilmberg, Germany, and one year as the Chief of Obstetrics Service at the Letterman Army Medical Center in San Francisco. As an Army reservist, he served during Desert Storm.
Dr.Wagoner moved to Bellingham after spending 20 years in a small town on the coast of Maine, where he helped to restart the Birthing Unit within the York Hospital system and served as the Perinatal Committee chair. He is married and has two grown sons.
