Keys to a healthy heart and a longer life


​In a recent article published in The Register-Guard, Nancy Graham, a dietitian with the Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute at PeaceHealth, shared six simple steps to staying heart-healthy this year.

Graham said there are many resources available to help maintain a healthly lifestyle, including diet and exercise planning guides.

"Be patient with yourself and know that little actions add up to big changes," she said.
