Ligaments of the Knee: Anterior (Front) View

This front view of the knee shows three of the four ligaments of the knee. The posterior cruciate ligament is not shown; it is behind the ACL. The four knee ligaments connect the upper leg bone (femur) with the large lower leg bone (tibia) and stabilize knee movement.
