Neurology Associates is a part of the PeaceHealth Whatcom Region that
includes PeaceHealth Medical Group and St. Joseph Hospital. Our highly trained neurologists are board
certified physicians who specialize in diagnosing and treating disorders
of the nervous system. These include diseases of the brain, spinal cord,
nerves and muscles. These specialists provide care for patients with
stroke, headache, multiple sclerosis, seizure disorders and Parkinson’s
disease, carpal tunnel syndrome, numbness in the extremities, dementia,
and problems involving the brain and spine.
Our neurology
team works closely with primary care physicians and other medical
specialists in the community, including neurosurgeons, chronic pain
specialists and orthopedic surgeons to help patients with a variety of
debilitating conditions. Patients are frequently referred to
rehabilitation therapists to improve balance,
strength, or reduce pain.
