JCAHO is an independent body, which sends physicians, nurses and other health care professionals to personally inspect and evaluate more than 5,200 of this nation’s hospitals. Accreditation means that we are committed to quality and meet stringent performance standards.

In addition, many of our support services are accredited through separate health care organizations that oversee those specialized services.
