Circle of Care: Health Navigation Services |

St. Joseph Hospital Foundation is proud to announce a special new service
for members of the Circle of Care. The new service will be in operation
beginning in
September, 2009: A staff member will be on-call 24/7 to provide personal assistance if a Circle of Care member is receiving care in the St. Joseph Emergency Department or as a hospital inpatient. This service is optional and available to all Circle of Care members.
