Support Services

  • Wig and breast forms
Donated hats, scarves, and wigs are available for patients experiencing temporary hair loss.  A limited number of breast prostheses and bras are also available.
  • Holistic Healing
“Less stress”. “Deep relaxation”. “Like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you.” This is how some patients have described the experience of using massage, reiki, acupuncture or energy healing to complement their medical care. Offered to cancer patients receiving local treatment, these calming therapies are available in a comfortable and supportive setting to increase your sense of well-being during cancer treatment.  Our volunteers are professional practitioners licensed in Washington State. Their training includes a variety of healing modalities, which they will adjust as needed for your comfort. Volunteers offer this as a community service for anyone being treated for cancer on a space-available basis. A signed physician statement is needed to participate.

We offer the following services of the American Cancer Society:
- Reach to Recovery®
- Road to Recovery®
- Look Good...Feel Better®
