The Wound Healing Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Directions
The Wound Healing Center is located two miles from the PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center's Main Campus.
Northbound I-5
- Take Exit #256-A (Guide Meridian/Meridian Street – Hwy 539).
- Stay to the right off the exit and you will be on Guide Meridian heading north.
- Travel north one mile on Guide Meridian.
- The Wound Healing Center is located on the east side of the street, near the Care Medical Group Express Care.
Southbound I-5
- Take Exit #256.
- Turn left at stop sign.
- Proceed to the next intersection. At the light, turn left onto Guide Meridian.
- Travel north one mile on Guide Meridian.
- The Wound Healing Center is located on the east side of the street, near the Care Medical Group Express Care.
