Vital Statistics

Following are a brief list of statistics that help show just how many lives our Emergency Department impacts, and the depth of our professional staff.
  • 165 patients treated per day, on average, or about 5,000 patients each month
  • 150 total staff members, including 85 nursing personnel
  • 83% of hospital admissions come through the Emergency Department
  • Less than 1% of patients leave without being seen by a provider (national benchmark is 3%)

  • ED North Acute
  • EDX (urgent care / lower acuity)
  • Specialized Emergency Care Unit, or SECU (behavioral health emergency care)
