Survivorship-life After Treatment

Patients who have completed treatment are truly survivors and can benefit from follow-up care for the rest of their lives, including:
- Periodic visits with testing, labs and diagnostics as necessary
- Long-term surveillance for cancer recurrence
- Ongoing management of known symptoms and risks, including: GVH (graft-vs.-host), cardiac toxicity, peripheral neuropathy, fatigue, psychosocial consequences, lymphedema and reproductive health
- Health maintenance, wellness, screening and prevention
Exercise & Thrive
- Designed to help cancer survivors regain strength, flexibility and endurance following cancer treatment.
- 12-week program, tailored to meet individual needs in a supervised environment.
- Participants are required to be at least 90 days out of treatment, with no sign of cancer.
- Participants must be at least 21 years or older to participate.
- There is a cost to participate, but no one will be turned away regardless of ability to pay.
