PeaceHealth St. Josephs Earns Puget Sound Business Journal Ranking ‘Book of Lists’ Top Ten

PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center has been ranked number ten among the state’s nearly 100 hospitals, according to the most recent Puget Sound Business Journal (PSBJ) “Book of Lists.”

The tenth place spot for PeaceHealth St. Joseph is up one from the prior year’s position among the state’s hospitals. For this year, PeaceHealth St. Joseph ranks above Overlake Hospital, Valley Medical Center, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and Skagit Valley Hospital, among others in the top 25.

The annual lists are developed utilizing data compiled from the PSBJ’s own research as well as governmental agencies and private sector research firms. Rankings are based on net patient services revenue.

According to the Washington State Hospital Association (WSHA), there are 97 community hospitals in the state, as well as 13 other specialized, state-owned or military hospitals.
