Cancer Committee
The Lower Columbia Regional Cancer Center is an approved cancer program through the Commission on Cancer (CoC).
The cancer committee meets quarterly and is responsible for goal setting, planning, initiating, implementing, evaluating and improving all cancer-related activities in our facility. Leadership is the key element in an effective cancer program and the program success depends on an effective cancer committee.
Members include one physician representing each of the diagnostic and treatment services. Administrative, clinical and supportive services representatives are also members.
