Baby Blues Connection (Support for women experiencing postpartum depression)

Baby Blues Connection offers services to postpartum women and their families who are concerned about or are experiencing postpartum depression. This includes telephone support, weekly Mom-to-Mom support groups, information packets, guest speakers and guidance. Please contact our 24-hour information/message line (800) 557- 8375 if you or someone you know would benefit from our services.

Breastfeeding Support

Newborn to one month - Thursdays (except major holidays), 12:00 to 1:15 p.m.
One month and older - Thursdays (except major holidays), 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
Family Birth Center Classroom
Questions? Concerns? Need some friendly reassurance? Join us Thursday afternoons for a casual visit with other breastfeeding moms and a lactation specialist. Due to space limitations, no siblings please. You do not need to register for this program.

Mothers Share Support Group

Mondays (except holidays), 10:30 a.m. to noon
Family Birth Center Classroom
A support group for new parents with babies up to 9 months old. Drop by the Family Birth Center classroom for support and education during your transition to motherhood. You do not need to register for this program.

Multiples Support Group

Tuesdays (except major holidays), 10:30 a.m. to Noon

Health Education Center 

PeaceHealth partners with local moms who have twins or more. Providing support, education and friendship to other moms who are also experiencing the wonderful journey of life with multiples.  This group  is facilitated by mothers from the community who also have multiples.
