Carter Kiesau, MD

Born and raised in Yakima, Wash., Dr. Kiesau earned his medical degree at the University of Washington. He completed an orthopedic residency at the University of Arizona and a foot and ankle fellowship at Duke University, acquiring specialized skills in total ankle replacement. 

In addition to specializing in foot and ankle procedures, Dr. Kiesau also has special interest in deformity correction, knee arthroscopy, arthritis prevention and sports injuries. He also enjoys helping patients in need of trauma and fracture care.

Dr. Kiesau has been a member of the Bellingham community since 2010 and enjoys spending time with his growing family.  He stays active with rowing, cycling, running, paddling, skiing, snowboarding and fishing.  Dr. Kiesau feels privileged to care for the foot, ankle and trauma needs of this wonderful community.
