Gentle yoga postures, stretching and relaxation exercises done in a seated position. No experience with yoga is necessary.

After completing the initial series, you may join our ongoing support group. Open to all who have completed Healthworks, Weigh to Wellness or the Weight Intervention Program. New, useful information is presented each week on topics like food cravings, backsliding, cancer prevention and goal setting.
