Pregnancy, childbirth and early parenthood are life-changing experiences. We offer lots of classes to help meet the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of expectant parents. Classes are lively, fun, and informative. They focus on caring for the whole family. Our classes are led by trained childbirth educators. If you cannot afford our low class fees, please ask about fee reductions.
