To earn accreditation, the Oregon Bariatric Center underwent a series of site inspections during which all aspects of the program’s surgical processes were closely examined and data on health outcomes was collected. To keep our accreditation, we undergo these site inspections every three years.
Our Quality Commitment
Hundreds of patients have completed surgical weight loss programs at the Oregon Bariatric Center. Research has shown that even a 10 percent loss of excess body weight results in significant improvements in diabetes, hypertension, sleep apnea and other key weight-related illnesses. Significant weight loss typically correlates directly with ongoing health improvements, which can help lead to an improved quality of life.
