In partnership with the city of Craig, PeaceHealth Medical Group Prince of Wales opened in 2010 to provide primary-care services, opportunities for telemedicine and space for visiting specialists to meet with patients.

The partnership between PeaceHealth and the City of Craig is similar to the partnership between PeaceHealth Medical Center and the City of Ketchikan. PeaceHealth operates the new clinic and the City of Craig owns the building, the Prince of Wales Medical Center.

The clinic is staffed by a full-time family medicine physician, a full-time acute care nurse practitioner and a registered nurse with imaging and laboratory capabilities onsite. Plus, the fully integrated electronic medical record allows critical patient information to be accessible to specialist physicians and PeaceHealth hospitals system wide.
