Paying for the Care You Receive
If you have questions about your clinic bill or other issues related to your PeaceHealth Medical Group account, our team in the Patient Financial Services would be happy to help you. Please call us at the number below.
When you call, please be prepared to give the patient's name and date of birth or account number. You can find the account number on the billing statement.
Making Payments
You can pay your bill online if you're signed up to use PeaceHealth PatientConnection. This free online service is available to all PeaceHealth patients. It's a quick and easy way to take care of your account as well as other business you have with your clinic. Sign up or test drive PatientConnection.
We accept credit or debit cards for payments over the phone. We can also assist you with prepayment options or installment plans to pay for extensive services such as obstetric care or surgery.
Copays for office visits or other services are due at the time of service. You can pay those at your clinic using cash, check or credit/debit card.
In-Person Assistance
Face-to-face meetings are available. If you want to meet in person, please drop by our office located at 454 Stuart Road, near the Cordata South clinic in Bellingham.
Financial aid is available. If you're facing financial hardship, we can help you explore your options for obtaining medically necessary care at a reduced cost or without charge. You may be eligible for our Bridge Assistance program. Read the FAQ on Bridge Assistance.
Provider-based Billing
Some clinics are licensed as departments of PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center. This means that for services in these clinics, you may receive a separate charge or billing for the facility, which may result in a higher out of pocket expense.
