Dr. Marks is a native of Wisconsin, but received his bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Notre Dame, and his medical school training from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He did his pediatric residency training at the University of California, San Francisco’s outreach campus in Fresno.
Dr. Marks’ hope is to balance family life with his professional goal of improving the developmental and medical outcomes in all children, not just the children within the PeaceHealth Medical Group system where he works. His wife is from Denmark and they have a three-year-old son, named Bjarke. Dr. Marks enjoys running, rollerblading and playing with his son.
