Admission Criteria

Oregon Rehabilitation Center accepts patients by physician referral and provides services without regard to age, sex, color, national origin, creed, or disability. Please call the ORC Admissions Office for assistance in determining whether an individual meets the criteria.

General requirements are:

The patient is reasonably medically stable
The patient requires a team approach of two or more disciplines
The patient has potential for improvement or reduced care needs
Community discharge options are identified prior to admission
