disease and promote a healthy lifestyle.
Each rehabilitation session
provides progressive exercise and education with medical
supervision. A multi-disciplinary team customizes sessions and
evaluates participants' progress.

Who Should Use This Service?
If you have been diagnosed
with emphysema, chronic bronchitis, asthma or restrictive lung
disease, and feel that your quality of life has been affected
by this disease, pulmonary rehabilitation may be beneficial to
you.

"Graduate"
Pulmonary Rehabilitation
Patients who complete the
exercise conditioning and education sessions may participate
in the graduate program. This program provides ongoing,
medically-supervised exercise in a familiar and comfortable
environment.
Physician Referral
When you and your doctor
decide that pulmonary rehabilitation may be beneficial, you
will meet with a respiratory therapist to discuss the program
and help develop your goals. Diagnostic test results and
medical history will be reviewed. Our staff will handle
insurance pre-authorization as needed.
Helpful Information
We encourage you to bring a
support person to the evaluation session. Also, please bring
your current list of medications, emergency contact
information, and insurance identification card.
