Directions:
From the north (Interstate 5)
Take exit 194B to Eugene, go west on I-105 and take Exit 2, following signs to U of O. Stay in the left lane as the road crosses the river and curves left onto E. Broadway (becomes Franklin).
Heart surgery patients: Turn right on Patterson Street and follow signs to hospital parking. Rehab patients: Turn right on Patterson Street, then left on 12th Avenue and follow signs to the North Parking Garage. Test and Procedures patients: Continue on Franklin and turn right on Alder Street and follow signs to OHVI parking.
From the south
(Interstate 5)
Take exit 192 to Eugene and follow Franklin Boulevard 0.8 mile, then bear left onto 11th Avenue. Go about 10
blocks.
Heart surgery patients: Turn left on Patterson Street and follow signs to hospital parking. Rehab patients: Turn left on Patterson Street, then left on 12th Avenue and follow signs to the North Parking Garage. Test and Procedures patients: Turn left on Alder Street (before reaching Patterson Street) and follow signs to OHVI parking.
From the east (Highway 126)
Follow Highway 126 west and cross I-5 (Highway 126 merges with I-105). Continue west 1 mile and take Exit 2, following signs to U of O. Stay in the left lane as the road crosses the river and curves left onto E. Broadway (becomes Franklin).
Heart surgery patients: Turn right on Patterson Street and follow signs to hospital parking. Rehab patients: Turn right on Patterson Street, then left on 12th Avenue and follow signs to the North Parking Garage. From the west (Highway 126)
Follow Highway 126 east into Eugene (becomes 11th Avenue) and turn right on Garfield, then left on 13th Avenue. Continue east 2
miles.
Heart surgery patients: Turn left on Hilyard Street and follow signs to hospital parking. Rehab patients: Turn left on Hilyard Street, then left on 12th Avenue and follow signs to the North Parking Garage. Test and Procedures patients: Turn left on Hilyard Street, turn right on 11th Avenue, then turn right on Alder Street and follow signs to OHVI parking.
From the northwest (Highway 99)
Follow Highway 99 into Eugene, continuing east on Seventh Avenue after the highway splits. Get into the right lane as Seventh Avenue passes through downtown, curves right and becomes E. Broadway (later becomes Franklin).
Heart surgery
patients: Turn right on Patterson Street and follow signs to hospital parking.
Rehab patients: Turn right on Patterson Street, then left on 12th Avenue and follow signs to the North Parking Garage.
Test and Procedures
patients: Continue on Franklin and turn right on Alder Street and follow signs to OHVI parking.
