Exercise Sessions / Go to Pulmonary Rehab Page >>

Our exercise sessions are tailored to meet your needs and abilities. Each session is individualized to gently build your endurance and strength. Our equipment is designed to meet the needs of all levels of function. With supervision from our highly trained staff, we will instruct and progress you safely. By monitoring our patients’ heart rate and rhythm, blood pressure, and other vital signs, we can help you and your health care providers evaluate your progress on the path to improved cardiac health.

Maintenance Program

After you have graduated from outpatient rehabilitation, our Graduate Program is available for you to maintain your heart-healthy lifestyle. This phase includes supervised open gym times, group exercise classes such as Tai Chi and group exercise, and a weekly educational seminar.

Support Groups

After you have completed cardiac rehabilitation, our staff is still available to provide on-going help and support on an individual basis. If a formal support group interests you, our Caring Hearts group meets every month. This is a time for discussion and reflection about your changing lifestyle. There is no fee for this group meeting.
