Maggie Morris lost 50 pounds by focusing on one meal at a time.
"I don't eat the way I used to. It's a matter of making choices every day. One day I might decide to eat more than another day, and that's okay, as long as I'm paying attention," she says.

Maggie also advises that you exercise a little more on days when you know that you are going out to eat or plan to have a treat at dinner.
