Our Patient and Financial Services staff is available to help you with any billing questions you may have for hospital services. You may call them at (907) 228-7619 or (907) 228-7621, or visit their offices.
Location
To provide easier access and better service, the PeaceHealth Ketchikan Medical Center Patient Financial Services (PFS) is located in the new Cedar Point complex near the Plaza Mall. Cedar Point offers a central location and ample parking for your convenience.
The new offices are at 25 Jefferson Way, just behind Tongass Outfitters and upstairs from The Point art cafe. Look for the big "25" on the outside of Building 25 at right of complex. Use the ground floor elevator or covered stairway to our second floor suites.
