For in-person service, the PeaceHealth Ketchikan Medical Center Patient Financial Services (PFS) is located in Cedar Point near the Plaza Mall at 25 Jefferson Way. Located just behind Tongass Outfitters and upstairs from The Point Art Cafe, the PFS office has plenty of parking for your convenience. Look on the right side of the complex for the big "25" and use the ground floor elevator or covered stairway to our second floor suites.
