the following question. | | Yes | Are you having trouble doing things at home or at work
because of arm weakness? |

You need an appointment within the next 1 to 2 weeks if you answer "Yes" to
the following question. | | Yes | Have you had mild arm weakness that has not gotten better
after 2 weeks of home treatment? |
