Organization that removes your name and address from all mailing lists offered by the main consumer credit reporting agencies (Trans Union, Experian, Equifax and Innovis) which advertise and send out new charge card offers. When writing include your first, middle and last name (including Jr., Sr., etc), current address, previous address (if you've moved in the last six months), social security number, date of birth, and signature.
