Other conditions that may have symptoms similar to those of bacterial vaginosis include:
- Trichomoniasis.
- Vaginal yeast infections.
- Mucopurulent cervicitis (pus and mucus associated with inflammation of the cervix).
- Chlamydia.
- Gonorrhea.
- Urinary tract infections.
