Pale, white, blue, or cold toes or feetWhen you are sitting, your toes or feet may turn slightly blue
because of decreased blood flow. The color will usually return to normal when
you move your legs and get blood moving into them again. If your toes or feet become pale or blue and the color does not
rapidly return to normal, blood circulation to your toes or feet might be
decreased. These symptoms may be more serious if other changes occur to your
lower legs and feet, such as thinning of the skin, sores that don't heal, or
loss of hair.
