Notice to Vendors, Contractors and AgentsPeaceHealth’s
Organizational Integrity (OI) Program is designed to establish a culture within
PeaceHealth that promotes prevention, detection, and resolution of instances of
conduct that do not conform to federal and state law and regulation, as well as
PeaceHealth’s ethical and business policies. PeaceHealth Standard of Conduct For our
vendors, contractors and agents, this means compliance with federal and state
laws and regulations and in some instances, PeaceHealth policies, is required.
For example, most Vendors, contractors and agents doing business with
PeaceHealth must be eligible to participate in federal and state-funded health
care programs, must not be under any suspension or debarment from such programs
and have not been convicted of a health care related crime.
PeaceHealth
is also obligated to take all reasonable measures to safeguard the
confidentiality, security, and privacy of protected health and other proprietary
or confidential information.
