Guardian Angel Program

Make a Donation to Honor a Caregiver

We know that a hospital visit can be difficult, often unexpected and emotional. It's times like these when the kindness and competence of one person can turn the tide and help you to feel safe and confident as you receive care.

We call these people our Guardian Angels. If one has cared for you–as a physician, nurse, technician, housekeeper or other caregiver–you can give this caregiver a set of wings.

The Guardian Angel program gives patients and their loved ones the opportunity to honor caregivers who made a difference in their stay, while supporting the Peace Harbor Hospital Foundation.

When you make a donation in a caregiver's honor to the Peace Harbor Hospital Foundation, he or she will receive your recognition along with a custom angel wings pin.

In addition, your gift will support new technology, equipment, staff education, community wellness programs, and other improvements designed to save and improve lives in our community.

Learn how to recognize your caregiver in this way by contacting Di Lacey by phone at (541) 997-1470 or by email.

The mission of the Peace Harbor Hospital Foundation, a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) philanthropic organization, is to improve the health and lives of community members by providing charitable support to Peace Harbor Hospital.
