Cottage Grove Community Hospital Foundation

Founded in 1976, Cottage Grove Community Hospital Foundation assists community members in supporting clinical and health care services associated with Cottage Grove Community Hospital. We work to support outstanding health care services in the rural communities of south Lane and north Douglas counties through community fund-raising. Without the charitable support provided by community-minded local individuals and businesses, Cottage Grove Community Hospital would not be here today. Through your gift, we can work to help expand vital medical services and make our rural community a true model for healthy living.

A local volunteer Board of Directors manages all contributions to Cottage Grove Community Hospital Foundation. PeaceHealth generously underwrites all Foundation expenses, allowing 100 percent of your donation to go toward its designated purpose of serving local health care needs. The Foundation is a fully qualified charity under IRS Section 501(c)(3). All gifts are tax deductible.
