• Maintains focus on patient centered care.
• Acts with integrity and weaves mission into area of responsibility.
• Recognizes and engages in strategic relationships.
• Collaborates with internal and community partners.
• Aligns personal and organizational values.
• Practices and models readiness for change

If you are a PeaceHealth Manager:

• Encourages awareness and balance of mind, body, and spirit to maintain a holistic view in the workplace.
• Links mission into day-to-day work.
• Keeps patient in center of all work; ensure delivery of patient-centered care.
• Supports and encourages staff in realizing relationship between vision and mission and their daily work.
