Meet Our Team 

We have eleven pharmacists with a designation of BCPS (Board-certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist) on our staff, with twelve staff having completed residencies. 

Pharmacy & Residency Director

Larry Ishii, PharmD

Dr. Ishii oversees our Pharmacy Residency Program. He previously worked for the Indian Health Services as a clinical pharmacist, caring for indigent populations in Alaska. From 2000-2002, he served as co-president of the Washington State Board of Pharmacy and on many committees for the Washington State Hospital Pharmacy Directors Group. Dr. Ishii became the director of pharmacy in 2006 for PeaceHealth St. Joseph (previously St. Joseph Hospital) and proceeded to develop the Pharmacy Residency Program, which began in 2008. He serves as the lead preceptor for the Practice Management rotation.

Clinical & Residency Coordinator

Neil Massoud, PharmD, MBA, FCCP

Active in professional societies, Dr. Massoud is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, and the Canadian Society for Clinical Pharmacology. He has published a number of books and articles. His most recent publication, Best Practice in Medicine, A Clinical Guide by Northern California Physicians, focuses on managed/ambulatory care. He is also author of a text, Pharmacokinetic Basis of Drug Treatment.
