The PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center Residency Program recruits for two residency positions from candidates throughout the United States.
Online Application & Materials Submission
We suggest you begin your application process in November or December, as all materials must be submitted by January 1.
You can apply to our Pharmacy Residency Program online by following the steps below:
- Visit our Careers page. Read through the Mission Statement, and if you share our vision and values, click on the “I Agree” button.
- Select “Pharmacy” from the PeaceHealth Job Category listings.
- Select “WA – Bellingham” from the list of Locations, and click “Submit.”
- Search for and select “Pharmacy Resident” from the list of available positions.
- Click “Add to Job Cart” to apply.
- From the “View Job Cart” page, select “Apply to All Jobs in Cart,” and complete the online application form.
The following material should be sent directly to Larry Ishii:
- Request three letters of recommendation, along with the ASHP Residency Applicant Recommendation Request Form (pdf), from each recommendation provider
- Your curriculum vitae (CV)
- Complete all paperwork for applications, including ordering official transcripts
- Letter of intent
Resident Matching Program
You should register through the National Matching Service (NMS) before January 7. PeaceHealth St. Joseph’s program code for selection through the resident matching program is 160513.
Selection
Onsite interviews with prospective students will be scheduled beginning the third week in January and complete by the end of February.
ASHP matches typically occur in March. The residency will officially begin July 1.
