Shannon B. Webb LCSW

Shannon B. Webb, LICSW, BCD, CMHS, MHP is a behavioral health clinician with more than 20 years of experience providing mental health services across outpatient, integrated care, crisis intervention, community mental health, and clinical leadership settings. She earned her Master of Social Work from Eastern Washington University.

Shannon works with young children, adolescents, adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, caregiver stress, ADHD, and PTSD. As a Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS) with advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), she has a special interest in trauma recovery, helping individuals build resilience after adverse experiences, and supporting people across every stage of life.

Shannon integrates evidence-based approaches including EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and strengths-based care. She believes healing begins with feeling understood and values creating a collaborative, compassionate environment where each person's strengths, experiences, and goals guide treatment.

Her clinical interests include child and adolescent behavioral health, trauma-informed care, healthy aging, caregiver support, adjustment to chronic medical conditions, and helping older adults and their families navigate the emotional challenges that can accompany changes in health, independences, and life transitions.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with family, continuing her education through lifelong learning, reading, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
