What We Are Doing:

The team of healthcare professionals at all PeaceHealth facilities in Ketchikan encourage our patients, residents, families and customers to become partners in their care.  Patients admitted to the hospital are given a patient handout that provides information on whom to contact within the organization as well as the Joint Commission with their concerns.  The feedback is very valuable in helping us provide the best possible care.  Questions may be routed to:  Barbara Bigelow, VP Quality at 907-821-1990.
