What We Are Doing:
Peace Harbor uses "best practice" guidelines for insertion and management of venous catheters that has been strictly followed for years. If we do discover an infection, we investigate immediately to determine the cause. Our use of best practice "protocol" is measured and reported to an Oregon State agency that oversees infections in hospitals.
