What We Are Doing:
Now, more than ever, good hand washing is vital in preventing the spread of disease. We have very strict staff guidelines and are committed to preventing the spread of infection between patients. You can play a role by reminding us in the hospital or Clinics to wash our hands before your exam. You can also help us by completing a patient questionnaire when you are seen in the Clinic. You'll find it included in the medication reconciliation form.
