What We Are Doing:
NPSG.02.03.01 Report Critical Results of tests and diagnostic procedures on a timely basis. - PeaceHealth St John Medical Center has a policy that your doctor is notified of critically important test and diagnostic procedure results within 30 minutes. We document what the result was, which doctor was notified and who notified the doctor. We review these results to make sure this is done in the hospital and in our clinics.
