What We Are Doing:
For the NPSG.01.01.01 Use at least two patient identifiers when providing care, treatment and services - Our policy at PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center requires that nurses use at least two distinct ways to confirm who you are and what you are here for before any treatment. For example, having you spell your last name, state your date of birth and compare this information to your name bracelet. We review records regularly to ensure this is done every time.
