What We Are Doing:
Our policy at St. Joe's requires that staff use at least two distinct ways to confirm who you are before starting any treatment. For example, having you spell your last name, state your date of birth and compare this information to your name bracelet. We review records and observe staff regularly to ensure this is done every time.
