What We Are Doing:
We are committed to process improvement to help us assure our patients are getting evidence based, compassionate care at our hospital. This measure is one of three parts of an antibiotic bundle that we use rigorous process improvement on, including measuring outcomes to let us know how successful we are. There has been a slow, steady improvement in this bundle in the past year. Our goal is to sustain this gain.
