Our Community Acquired Pneumonia Team has developed guidelines for the treatment of pneumonia based on the best and most current research. It's available to all physicians in all patient care areas. This protocol includes built in checks and balances that involve pharmacists, laboratory technicians, and nurses to ensure the most effective antibiotics are prescribed for each patient diagnosed with pneumonia.
