What We Are Doing:
Patients are assessed at admission for ability to bathe  with or without assistance. We make referrals for therapy when needed, utilize the ability of the caregivers and/or Home Health Aides to assist and teach the patient and develop a plan of care with the goal of helping patients become as safe and independent in bathing as possible.
