What We Are Doing:
Peace Harbor Home Health develops a plan using nurses, therapists and other caregivers as needed to improve patient safety and mobility.  Each patient receives an evaluation, education and training about safe techniques for getting in and out of bed.  Adaptive equipment is provided or obtained when needed to help our patients get in and out of bed safely
