Dr. Bouressa is an inveterate Cheesehead. This he freely admits. A native of Wisconsin's "frozen tundra" and, naturally, a lifetime fan of the Green Bay Packers, Dr. Bouressa doesn't have many pet peeves, unless, that is, you count Dallas Cowboys fans. He says he chose to start his practice in Eugene because of its natural surroundings. A specialist in pediatrics, Bouressa believes his job is not just that of a physician. "In pediatrics, I find it important to be an educator to both child and family members," says Dr. Bouressa. "Trying to reassure a worried parent can be difficult, and it's something you can't really learn in medical school-it's something innate, it's part of your character." |
