NMNP - PP, CNM Nurse midwife Patricia Reddy, CNM, has been assisting expectant and new parents since long before she became a certified nurse midwife in 2007. She has been a registered nurse since 1986. She joined Sacred Heart as a labor and delivery nurse in 1997, later working as a pregnancy and parenting educator. She joined the Birth Center in 2000, and in 2003, while continuing work at the Birth Center, she began her midwifery training at Frontier School of Midwifery & Family Nursing, the oldest midwifery distance learning program in the country, located in Hyden, Ky.
